Rick Pilotte is an AVP & Sr Manager in Predictive Analytics at Zurich North America, where he has led a variety of underwriting and claims analytics projects since 2010.  In 2012, he was project lead for Zurich's first predictive model built predominantly from unstructured data.

Rick is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).  He joined Zurich in 2009 from Liberty Mutual, where he held actuarial roles spanning nearly 16 years in transactional pricing; reserving; operational planning; WC pricing and research.

A New Hampshire native and Boston sports fan, Rick earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Cornell University in 1992.
